We accept art and logos in many common file formats. PDF and CDR files are the best for vector images. We do not use Adobe products, so please export Illustrator, Photoshop, and other Adobe files as EPS or PDF files. Bitmaps can be sent as JPG and PNG as long as they’re high quality. Texting an image will often make it unusable due to compression.

Please send all graphics as attachments to an email. You may zip them or send multiple emails if the graphics are large.

When the use of your logo requires specific colors, fonts or other special treatment, please specify. A style guide is always appreciated.

If you can’t supply us with a clear, high quality copy of your logo or other graphics, we can send it out to be vectorized for a fee. Please contact us for pricing and timeline, or any other questions. Once we have a good copy of your logo or graphics, we save it for future use. You’ll only pay for a vectorization once.

Please note that we can’t use copyrighted art or any logo you don’t own or have rights to use. We can use most free clipart, your personal art, your company logo, etc.
